Venus Envy Advisor
The one and only Patrick Califia has agreed to be our sex and relationships oracle and answer questions submitted by visitors to our web site. We're taking questions as of right now; look for his weekly responses starting at the beginning of October.
Patrick is a well-known sex-radical activist, writer of cutting-edge erotica, and family therapist. He has been an advice columnist for both The Advocate and Girlfriends magazines.
If you've read his collected advice columns in The Advocate Adviser, or his trenchant personal/political essays in Public Sex, Sex Changes, or Speaking Sex to Power, you'll know that Patrick is well-informed about the vagaries of the human heart, the mysteries of the libido, and how to pursue your desires—whatever they may be—safely, responsibly, and passionately.

Randy

The Toy Bag Guides
books, $13.99 each
New from Greenery Press, the Toy Bag Guide series has started off with four subjects: Canes and Caning, Clips and Clamps, Hot Wax and Temperature Play, and Dungeon Emergencies and Supplies. For each of the play topics, there's a brief introduction to why one might want to, say, drop hot liquid over one's beloved. Each book also has a section on safety concerns and some tips on technique and equipment. Dungeon Emergencies and Supplies has several chapters detailing common problems, and would be a handy reference book for any dungeon (portable or permanent). A welcome addition to the Greenery line of books.
Sweet Action Magazine - Porn for Girls
Issue #2, $11.95
Finally, a magazine for straight girls filled with all those lanky hipster boys you already know or want to know. Tattoos, messy hair and big dicks, music reviews, interviews, and pot recipes; Sweet Action has it all.
