Our parcels are shipped by expedited, insured post with tracking so we can find your purchase en route at any time.
All our products are shipped discreetly in plain boxes, and neither the contents nor the shipper are explicitly identified on the packing materials.
Orders received by noon Eastern time will be processed on the same day. Later orders will be processed the next business day.
Shipping times are described in the approximate number of business days to reach a major center. This means these times are exclusive of weekends, holidays, and storm days, and that delivery to rural areas will take longer than indicated.

Courier (overnight) delivery is a flat fee of $35.00, and is not available for post office boxes or rural routes. (Note that courier delivers the next business day and so is not overnight on the weekends.)
Shipping times: Canada Post claims that Expedited Parcels can be delivered regionally (for us, Ontario and Quebec) in 1-3 business days and nationally in 2-7 days. We suspect that this is true for cities, optimistic for small towns and rural addresses, and downright unlikely for the capital-N North. Most Canadians can confidently expect shipping to take only a few days, but out-of the way folks can expect their parcels to take several days or more.
Rural Deliveries: For Canadian addresses, the first three digits of your postal code will tell you if your address is "rural." If they resemble X0X, the zero (0) indicates a rural address.
United States
Expedited delivery to major centers in the continental USA takes approximately 9 to 14 business days.
All these prices and amounts are in Canadian dollars. Our catalogue prices are also in Canadian dollars. US customers can convert their total into US dollars in the shopping cart.

The University of Ottawa's Couple Research Lab is looking for participants for their online study on same-sex couple relationships! This study aims to better understand personal and relationship factors that contribute to well being and distress in same-sex couples.
